I thought I would share with everyone some photos of
Sabrina’s embroidery from our weekend away
If anyone had told me 10 years ago when I first went to girls day in the country
where I first met some of you lovely ladies that one day
One of my girls would be sitting beside me
Doing embroidery
I would never have believed you
But here it is
This was the first time Sabrina has done embroidery
I think she tinkered with some back stitch at one point
But really didn’t love it
But this design
Of our very own clever Sonia
Really sparked her interest.
As the weekend progressed
i sat with my heart swelling with pride as i watched
her design slowly grow
not just because she is my daughter and i am
immensely proud of her
but also because i watched as each of you came over to her
to encourage her
and guide her as she progressed.
i was proud to watch you all reach out to my daughter
with love and friendship
i am truly blessed to have such amazing friends
bless you all
Googy girl

I’m in Awe!!! She did so well.
loved watching our girls stitching away........creating as they wish....choosing stitches....got to get a new generation hooked........
It was a very special thing to watch the three of them together, and then when Kylie joined in in was a perfect set
Did you get that photo?
No sadly missed that but had wished I had!!!
It was a delight to watch Sabrina, Bianca and Georgia work on their stitcheries. I know how to do it, but I know that I would not have achieved nearly as much or done such beautiful work as the three girls. More power to them and thanks to Sonia for designing such a wonderful design.
Thanks Janice, those young ones are certainly learning the fine art. proud of them
