We stopped for the night at Jerilderie and went for a bike ride
We have just returned from the pub and on what a dinner we had, more than I could eat!
Time to do a bit of stitching now and recover 😁

On the road day 1
We left home 8.45 this morning, ahead of schedule 😁 I had planned to follow the freeways but hubby decided to take the scenic route, it was a good trip but longer than I hoped. Not to worry, we stopped at Elmore for lunch
we found a nice picnic place next to the station, there was a cache here but I couldn't find it maybe another day.
several farmers were burning off the crop stubble, it was a calm day luckily.
Ned Kelly had been here before us!!

Fabulous!
I can relate to wanting to get somewhere fast with someone else who wants to stop and smell the roses. It is good for us to slow down a little even if it hurts.
